Hello everyone i am using AX1500 motor controller for my thesis project. I am intended to use Simulink software to drive motors and read speed values from the encoder. I have completed driving the motors using simulink blocks but i cannot receive any data while i request encoder information from controller. I am converting '?z' using the double command in MATLAB and it prints me back the required double values for the controller. I am also addin '13' number to end of the string for carriage return. I am trying to do this by using xPC target with Prometheus single board computer. If any had done this before using Simulink can you please help me? Datasheet says that response will be in hex format but there is no conversion blocks for hex to something in simulink. If anyone could help me it will be very appriciated. Thank you..
