Order Processing and Shipping

Typical turn-around time for an order is 48 hours from order entry to beginning of shipment. We use UPS unless otherwise instructed on the order form. UPS shipments overnight or "two days" to be considered as working days. Some locations are considered by UPS remote locations and might NOT be served by overnight service or Saturday delivery. Customer needs to enquire with UPS as to what service is available before ordering. International orders are shipped via DHL.
