Order Processing

Typical turn-around time for an order is 48 hours from order entry to beginning of shipment.

Shipping Your Order

For USA orders, we use UPS. For "Next Day" or "Two Day" shipments, delivery will occur next business day. Some locations are considered by UPS to be remote locations and might NOT be served by overnight service or Saturday delivery. Customer needs to inquire with UPS as to what service is available before ordering.

International orders can be shipped DHL, UPS or USPS (post office).

NOTE: For USPS International (Postal Office) shipments, Roboteq is NOT responsible for loss or damage once the package has left the United States.
