Controller not found Error

Sir I am Using the AX2850HE motor controller . When we are trying to communicate through RS232 with the controller i am getting the massege on the roborun "Controller not found" .I have check my PC comport, It is perfectly working fine. I have run orher devices through that. Give me the solution how to communicate through the comport(RS232).

Normally you should not have to do anything else than connecting the supplied cable to your com port and launch roborun.
<P style="MARGIN: 0px">Make sure that the controller is powered on and that you see the flashing "no ctrl" messages on the LED.
<P style="MARGIN: 0px">
<P style="MARGIN: 0px">Launch hyperterminal to view the raw data coming out of the controller. There is a preconfigured hyperterminal session at Start: Programs: Roboteq: roboteq-com1
<P style="MARGIN: 0px">
<P style="MARGIN: 0px">After reset, you should see the Roboteq prompt followed by a contiuous stream of characters for datalogging.

<P style="MARGIN: 0px">If you type the Enter key 10 times, the stream should stop and you should see and OK prompt.
