AX500 error comunication

<p>Hello, I´m from Spain.
</p><div style="padding: 0.6em;">This is my first roboteq, I arrive myself yesterday and with himself not to begin.</div><div style="padding: 0.6em;">My problem is with the roborun, in the part of Controler info i don´t see "Encoder ID" and always say to load the controller "Bad data receiver from controller. some parameters may be wrong. try again or reset the controller"</div><img alt="screen" src="www.bagauto.com/image.jpg" align="bottom" border="0" hspace="0">

The screen display is correct. The AX500 does not have an encoder interface.

However, you should not see "bad data" error.

Click on the consol tab and report what data, if any the controller is sending out when it runs.
