ok so i now tested the motor with the other channel switching it to motor 1 and it works fine. so i think there\'s an issue with the controller....????

i switched back the motors and it\'s definitely something with the controller which causes motor 2 to act up and causes problems with the ax2850. i ran it several times and shut off the encoder via the robo run. things didn\'t change. it\'s basically unoperational at this point. what are my options as far as servicing. is there a warranty? i bought this about a year ago.

If you switched back the motors and tested in open loop mode, then you may need to have the unit repaired. Please contact us directly at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
