how do you preform the debug process for the ax2550

Always use the controller connected to the PC utility for troubleshooting.

First make sure you can establish communication

THen from the run tab, verify that you have an internal voltage higher than 10.5V and that the battery voltage is reported correctly.

Then move the sliders and check that the power output graph moves the same way as the sliders.

Check that reported Amps is 0 when sliders at 0

If you get that far but still dont see motor movement, it may indicate physical damage.
