sdc2130 fails to start was created by lowfi

I have a problem with the controller sdc2130. The controller board only start at the 12v or below. I have tried 12v and 6.4v, it could start normally. But for 18v, 24v, and 30v, it failed to start. The status LED flashed continously all the time. The roborun+ software fails to recognize it through serial port. Under 38v, the controller board could start and recognized by roborun+ software. But it shows voltage is overlimit. The maximum voltage is set to 35v. I have updated the firmware to the latest. I also bought two 12v battery and charged the battery to its full status. Could anyone show me any hint about this problem? Thanks.

There was a small manufacturing error on a batch of SDC2130 earlier this year. It affects the way the DC/DC converter works. We issued a notice to our customers but it is possible that not all received it.
