Help in starting up the SDC2150. Can't run it in normal operating mode

Hi I\'m recently testing the SDC2150. I have a problem in using the controller. When I hook up the controller to the PC via the USB then run the roborun, a message box appears and says that \"Power unit configuration menu file is missing\". After that it loads up the controller configuration. Under the configuration tab, i can\'t see anything in the Power output options.

When i power up the controller using the Pctrl only, the status leds blink indicating overheating (based from the datasheet). then when i connect a ~25v supply to the vmot, the leds blink indicating a short.

please help, What am i doing wrong?

It sounds like the PC utility installed is missing some configuration files.

Copy the files from this zip in to c:program files\\roboteq\\roborun plus\\trees

Do not overwrite the existing file, so that only the missing ones are copied.
