HBL 2350 : No output to the motor was created by oren
In run tab, and any change in command, the motor does not move.
Firmware updated to: Roboteq V 1.2 RCB500 08/14/2011
Status Led: RS232/USB mode
Main Battery: 24 V
Hall sensors: good signal
All motor wires measured 6.3 v

verify that you see the counter change for each motor.
This would indicate that the hall sensors are seen by the controller.
If so, proceed to try all 6 possible combinations of the 3 motor wires on the 3 outputs for each channel.
Beware that there may be 2 combinations that make the motor spin but only one does it smoothly in both directions

Hi,
I found that the label attached to the hall sensor cable supplied with the HBL2350 was labled incorrectly. hall 1 and hall 2 were swapped.
