No +5V Output in analog mode was created by Anonymous
When Controller is powered in analog mode (LED four flashes), there is no +5V Output on Pin 14 for the Motor Speed Control Potentiometer Circuit using Pin 13 (GND) and Pin 11 (Potentiometer Voltage value). Thoughts?

The 5V output is normally always active regardless of the mode you are in.
Double check again the voltage on these pins using the battery ground as reference for your voltmeter.
Measure the voltage at the 15-pin female connector, inserting your meter probe inside the connector (with a thin wire, for example).

Measuring the voltage inside the connector immediately pointed to our connector pin assignment error. Thanks for your guidance.
