"Controller has been lost"

Hi,

I\'m using a HBL2350 with Roborun+ and 2 or 3 minutes after detecting the controller, Roborun+ shows a window message saying \"Controller has been lost\" and also appears the window I attach.
The operating system is Windows 7 Professional 32-bits.

Another question is that the operating mode seems to be Analog mode if we watch the status LED patterns but we have connected a RS232 cable with the specified pinout that appears in the manual. How to set RS232 mode?

I hope anyone can help me with this problems.
