ax2550

ax2550 problems...... setting up as large r/c controlled servo. I have pot installed on channel 1 and feedback to ana.1 however it is not reading on chan 1 but reading on chan2. I have checked the connection over and over. I then switched to chan2 control. still not controlling. I have left 4 message for tec support but no return phone call.... running on a very tight time line. dont know if I have a faulty unit or if something else is going on.
