I\'ve been tuning the closed loop PID parameters on an MDC 2250, and while testing today it suddenly stopped responding to commands while in Closed-Loop Count Position mode, but would still respond in Open-Loop mode and Closed-Loop Speed mode. I tried resetting the counter, changing the speed settings, and giving it various commands without success.
Any help on the matter would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Under closed loop parameters, you will have to adjust the error loop detection. When the error difference count is too big and can\'t be fixed, the output gets cut until that error has been fixed. If you set it to disable, that should bring it back.
