Yes, I have SDC2160NS V1.5. it has Vmot = 24 (from my dc power supply), Vm1+ and Vm1- both connect to a DC gear motor (5Ohm)
When I connect the USB to my laptop, it cannot recognize the board. According to the indicator, POWER GREEN, USB GREEN, STATUS FLASH ORANGE for 2 sec interval. I am not sure about the problem. Do you have any suggestion??
For more info: first, my connections are confirmed to not short-circuit. Second, when i check Device Manager from my laptop, no port com is detected. I have checked on my friend's computer, try another usb cable as well, but still has the same problem.

update: i manage to connect to the board through the RS232. It seem that N in SDC2160NS means no USB.

The N version of your controller has the USB driver chip removed. It is removed because it is known to interfere with can bus network operations.
N basically means that the controller supports can bus networking.
