Cannot install driver on Windows 8.1

Has anyone been able to install the Roboteq Motor Controller driver on Windows 8.1? I've looked at all the threads but cannot get it installed. Works fine on my W7. Trying to install on W8.1 laptop. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Please set pc to allow unsigned drivers first.

Change .zi extension to com.zip

Find the corresponding exe file for your computer processor (amd64 or intel(x86)) driver.

Edit: appears my attached file didn't appear. This is already in zipped format, so just download and uncompress.

For anyone using windows 8, follow instructions for allowing unsigned drivers to install, and then use the attached file in the previous post to make sure the comport drivers are installed.
