Help Installing Roborun + Windows 8

Hello,

I am new to RoboteQ controllers. I just purchased one to drive my 1/8th scale train via RC. I am trying to install the Roborun+ software and when I try to start up the program, it opens a screen with Roborun+ at the top but never continues to load. The processor is running very hard and the only way to stop it is to use the task manager. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
