Can anyone explain why the Dout 1 is low and Dout 2 is high when I have both set to the same config., both are set to Active High and Activate Never.

You can manually activate the digital outputs in the run tab by clicking on the led light in the digital outputs.
The active high and when never is normal for at least eh MDC2xxx controllers. Most of the others are preset to atcive when motor 1 is on and output 2 when no mos fail.
Having it set to active when "Never" means that you can manually enable this output, rather than having a condition turn the output on.

Oh… I get it, I must have pushed one of the digital outputs.
Thanks a lot for the help.

The digital outputs are the only ones you can toggle on and off using the led lights. All others either require a configuration change to set active low, or to input a voltage signal on the input to turn them active on.
