MBL1330N USB CONNECTION PROBLEM

MBL1330N USB CONNECTION PROBLEM was created by Proino

Hi,

I have Mbl330n controller and my computer's system is Win 10 [but try to different computers and systems! (Win7, Win8, Linux)]
I installed Roborun Pc Utility and upload Frimware but USB connection failed.
I read all topics, forums and advice... I tried to make their advice but not connection!

Why is it so hard to do this? I'm so bored!
Please help me?

Thank you for answer Dear Niko. But I tried your answer. I download the latest roborun utility but still not working.

Hi Niko,
I will explain with pictures.

Firstly, I connected cables with guide datasheet. Is it true?

Then, I downloaded PC Utility software in above picture and installed.

Then, I adjusted voltage for controller

Then I arranged controller’s usb and plugged in PC. But I took this error message;

I entered Roborun+ programme, but not connection because USB not recognized.

Hi Niko,
I connected via RS232. I connected COM Port and upload latest firmware, but not working;
write "HHH????xxx..." in console
