Hello
Currently I am working on a project with 2 of your devices - Magsensor MGS 1600 and DC Motor Controller HDC2460. I have some problems with the DC controller - there are all the time LEDs indictating overheat and undervolt fault (in Roborun+ software).
I did the steps from "Basic system check for New Generation controllers" and the thing is that for the Step 3 (checking values of Battery Volt, Controller Volt and 5V output) I have always values of 0. I know the battery is in good condition.
I connected the battery through the yellow/black thin cables, and I did the same with the thick red and black ones. All the time there is fault on overheat and undervolt. I did not connect the motor yet.
I tried to upgrade firmware on the controller but I can not do it. It can't detect the device after I choose to upgrade the firmware from the Roborun+ Console tab.
Do you have any ideas/solutions for that problem? Thank you for your answer ;)

If you have only power control connected and not VMOT, it is normal to show undervolt.
Make sure that you have nothing connected on the 25pin connector. Connect the controller to the PC via USB. Check again if the values are bad.

Hey, thank you for the answer. I got the information that my superior contacted you by email and the diagnose is that the controller is faulty.
The controller was powered by VMOT. The values for the temps were 81 and 125. The Volts were always 0.
