Getting OverVolt and Short Faults from MDC2230 was created by semihgokce
Hi,
I am using MDC2230. I use the drive for about 1 year but yesterday i got OverVolt and Short Faults via RoboRun+.
When i capture battery Volts, it seems 48V and not a stable value. It changes 45,5 to 49 Volts. And my power supply is 24V battery.
Now i try drive in a standalone 24V power supply and i only give drive Pwr Ctrl and One of GND but it stills give Short Fault(only short fault), but when i connect one of Vmot cable it gives OverVolt fault too.
So how can i fix this problem. I need some help

Hello,
Disconnect everything in the controller apart from the USB and the power supply. Monitor the Controller Volts, Motor Amps, Bttery Amps, Battery Volts, MCU Temp and 5V output and Heatsink Temp and send us screenshot of the roborun utility's run tab
