MBL1330 does not driver motor when connected via USB to RoboRun+

One of my service engineers is trying to gather data from MBL1330 to diagnose an issue (motor only runs one direction). However, he says he cannot drive the motor while connected to the driver with RoboRun+. Is there something that could be preventing motion under this condition? I have not seen this in my experience.

If the MBL1330 drives the motor in one direction but not the other it is possible that the phase wiring (UVW) is out of order. Another possibility is a damaged MOSFETs. Was this particular controller driving the motor well in both directions previously and stopped driving in both directions at some point during operation. Or did it only drive the motor in one direction from the first hookup?

Hi Blake, thanks for your response. The engineer is trying to connect PC to MBL1330, to monitor hall counter and motor amps (to try to diagnose if phase wiring is out of order, by ensuring hall counter and motor amperage increases smooth and steady for both forward and reverse). However, he is unable to run the motor when on the RUN tab in the RoboRun program. He can only run the program while on the Configuration screen (so he cannot monitor data in real time).
