Hi All,
I have an old AX2850 that I am trying to get to work, so far no success. I have disconnected all the motor, battery power supply and also encoders. The only two things connected are my connection to my pc using a USB to RS232 connector and the 12V power to the motor controller.
If I have my PC connected to the controller, and have Roborun running, on the console tab I see some unreadable characters. If I send any commands it doesn't reply. Also the Roborun software can't detect the controller model.
I am worried it might not be working. Any suggestion would be helpful.

PS: I am using a tested RS232 to USB converter.
