When running a motor single channel off the SDC2160S controller, I can send a command to the roboteq, in Closed Loop Position Count Mode via roborun to drive a motor in one direction. However, when that motor reaches the desired set point the Red Status LED flashes for a second or so on the roboteq - which according to the manual seems to indicate that it detected a short. When this happens my USB connection to the Roboteq also dies and the controller is lost to Roborun. Once the LED's stop flashing then the roborun finds the controller again and it acts as if it had just restarted. I'm not entirely sure what the issue is as the roboteq is pretty much directly hooked up to the motor and its encoder.
