HBL2360 hall sensor

Hello everybody,
I am new here, and in the world of the robotic... I have a HBL2360 and the plug my 2 48v 800w motor and the plug hall sensor that i have (picture 1) is not as the documentation (picture 2) so i had two cables but it wasn't working so i took them off. The hbl start but my motors are not running. I did a test before with on motor plugged (without the 2 câbles added) and that was working... did i do wrong thing ?

I was trying to understand your story, read it 5 times but i still don't know what you're trying to do.

You better make your own hall-cable with shielded wires. plus and minus are the outside pins and the ones in the middle are the sensors. Make sure your controller is using the hall-sensors in the settings.
