HBL1660 : Encoder RPM speed increases twice as fast than hall sensor

Hi.
I have a strange behaviour with my HBL1660 with on brushless motor that have embedded hall sensor and rotary encoder.
Using roborun, I check the hall speed and the encoder speed.
From 0 to 900rpm, the encoder value increase twice as fast as the hall sensor.
Between 900rpm and 1000rpm, the value decrease to join the hall sensor speed.
From 1000rpm to the max speed (2800rpm), the two values are similar.
For information :
- My encoder has 1000 pules per rev. (configured into the roboteq)
- My hall sensor has 3 poles pairs. (configured into the roboteq)
Here a video that show the problem : www.youtube.com/watch?v=OghUUN5xnRU
Check at 0:17 when the speed exceeds 900rpm.
The A and B signal at the oscilloscope are a bit noisy but they are ok! Maximum frequency is 89kHz.
I have no idea of the problem :(

Please send the following to queries from the Console in Roborun+ and let me know what the responses from the controller are:
?FID
?UID
The noise on the encoder signals may be a contributing factor, do your best to shield the encoder signal wires:

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
I cleaned a bit my signal. They are not perfect but should be good now.
Here the informations you asked me :
?UID

?FID
FID=Roboteq v1.8b RCB503 9/12/2017
Is there something wrong ?

Ok. Problem fixed.
That was an hardware bug inside this roboteq production batch.
Fixed by support!
Thanks.
