Please share a screenshot of the Run tub of Roborun+ when the controller is connected and powered on. Please drop down and select Battery Volts and Controller Volts in the capture window to show these in the screenshot:

Please also attach your motor controller configuration file (Configuration Tab > Save Profile to Disk)

Put it in a .zip file then you can attach the .zip. Otherwise you are welcome to send it directly as a .xml to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please also include the screenshot in your .zip because the attachment you made is too small I cannot expand it to see it

Received, thank you.

The reason you are getting the UnderVolts fault is because you do not have your battery connected to VMOT. You need to connect at least 12V to VMOT which is the thick red wires on your controller

The problem is that the wire is connected and the voltage on him was 14.5Volts during runing engine.System built several years ago and worked fine until now.

Please use a volt meter to test the voltage at the contact point of the VMOT wire (red) and your battery. If this point measures 14.5V then it is likely that there is a damaged component in the motor controller.

The HBL1650 is a discontinued controller, it has been replaced by our HBL1660. If the controller is damaged then it will be covered under our extended warranty. Under this warranty we can replace the controller with a new one at a fixed fee of 50% of the controller cost.
