MDC 2460 False Overvoltage

Good Day, I am having problems with my MDC 2460 controller, it is giving me a overvoltage reading despite providing only 24V and will not run my motor.

I had tested my system after a few months of being used and it was working, however was not working correctly since one of the wires connecting my encoder to the controller was faulty. The controller was working fine and the motor was turning, but not correctly due to the lack of feedback control. I had disconnected power to the controller (The motor was not turning when I had done so and was last running for a few minutes before I disconnected the power), removed the encoder wires, replaced them and reconnected the power. After this, the controller LEDs were indicating that thereis overvoltage. On Roborun, it indicated that there was overvoltage and overheat. It read the voltage coming in as 158.3V, but only 24V was provided (tested with a multimeter). Trying with 12V lead to the same issue.

Can someone please assist me?
