MBL1660A Damaged by overvoltage.

HI,

We had an unfortunate accident with a failing power supply which caused the input voltage of the MBL1660A to be 74V. This caused a pop sound and the drive stopped working. Obviously.
After investigating the pcb we found visible damage in two places. See attached pictures.
The protection diode next to the Vin pin can easily be replaced.
The broken trace indicates that something else downstream broke and caused a high current.
I am sure we are not the first customer to run into this issue. Could you indicate what's the most likely component(s) that we need to replace?

Hi all,

Just checking in. We still have this problem. 3 out of 4 drives in our vehicle have this problem and show similar damage. Replacing these is costly and we would prefer to fix these. Does Robotreq have a hardware repair service? Some help would really be appreciated.
