I have an issue with my MGSW3200 magnetic sensor. First of all, I updated the sensor firmware to the 3.0 version via RS232. The firmware update was ok, but when I connected the sensor to PC via USB, the sensor stuck in DFU mode and the TD led is blinking red. I can connect the sensor to TrackSensor utility via RS232, and the magnetic tape read is works but the gyroscope not. The sensor was powered from external power supply during the firmware update.
The firmware I used is: MGSW3200 Firmware v3.0, September 6, 2018
Could you help me with this issue? Do you have any idea what can be the problem?
