MDC2460 - Motors do not reverse was created by texacoon
I did a thread search and read most of others who had issues with their motors not responding in reverse.
I have checked and double checked my wiring and all is well -
Motor 1 M1+ and M1- is wired correctly (no encoder)
Motor 2 M2+ and M2- is wired correctly (no encoder)
RC connections are correct I do get operation from the motors in their fixed locations M1 runs backwards and tried to INVERT without success.. M2 runs correct rotation - did try to INVERT it just to see if the programming is working accordingly and still would not invert.
I read the RoboRun+ several times to verify my software per the manual - and still cannot get the correct response.
Both of my motors are "brushed" and the data plate states they are reversible so I should not have any issues in operation.
RC transmitter works great using RC2 module connected to MDC2460 - still no reverse.
When using RoboRun+ I can use the "RUN" using the sliders and they work as well but only in one direction.
So apparently I have something missing in my software to allow me to reverse the motors and have "FWD" & "REV"
Could use some help on my project ...
Thanks!

Replied by texacoon on topic MDC2460 - Motors do not reverse
Never mind - I found the issue after hours researching.
Not sure what's going on with RoboteQ's support - VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH RoboteQ!
You cannot talk to anyone at the Arizona office nor is there any real support on this forum from tech support other than an end-user who may have had the simlar issues and willing to share with others.
RoboteQ has lost a customer and will not purchase any future controllers in the future and would just as soon as return this MDC2460 for a full refund.
If this business is not going to support the consumer after the sale then this business will eventually fold in the very near future.
Good Luck RoboteQ
