FBL2360 not staying on 60A current limit

Hello,

We have set the amps limit to 60A on a FBL2360.

What we are seeing is the current going over the 60A limit, reaching 70A or over and then going immediately as low as 30A. The cycle repeats itself as we continue to ask the motor to rotate. Please see attached file. We are expecting the current to stay at the 60A for a maximum of 30s (as per datasheet). 

Amps trigger is at 75A with "No action" set.

Is this the expected behaviour? What could be the issue?
