HBL2372 Unable to power on

Hi folks, I have a HBL2372 which last worked about 2 years ago before storing it. Attempted to power it on recently however, LEDs on controller does not come on. It is on a 36V system, power control is connected to the main battery, hall sensor outputs shows 5V upon switching it on and 0V when it is off which tells me that controller is semi working however LEDs are off and when connected to roborun utility it says no COM port detected. Any help will be appreciated.
