FBL 2360 Error message when connecting to robo run

I'm a bit desperate. I have a rollover stunt happening on Monday and I can't program my controller! Here are the messages that pop up when I plug in to USB with Robo Run running.

Control unit configuration file is missing
Power unit configuration file is missing
I read about similar issues others have had with different models and these files were posted on the forum?  What would cause this? The unit has been sitting on the shelf for a couple years since I've used it last. Is it possible it lost it's e-prom after an onboard battery died? Will this be an ongoing problem?
Any help will be appreciated.
