Hello,
I have Roboteq MDC2460 and it was working before. Now I'm getting always undervolt error even though my battery voltage is 23V. I tried to update the firmware but the latest version didn't work with me as it didn't save the new configuration file. I tried to power cycle the system but still I'm getting this error.

Please help.

We are experiencing the same problem (same model, same error).
