Motor/sensor fault

4 months 3 weeks ago #29535294 by fabio.lisurici
Hi,
I'm using SBL 2360, the version of my firmware is v2.01 SBL2XXX 11/20/2020. In open loop the motor doesn't spin when I move the Motor command bar. The Motor/Sensor fault is ON. How can I fix it?
writing ?HS 2 in the console, the driver answer is HS=7. Can it be an hardware problem?

Thank you

Hi Fabio,
if you are in trapezoidal mode please see the manual the HSM command in page 337.
In case you run in sinusoidal mode then do a motor sensor setup after setting the reference seek power to the nominal current.

I'm using trapezoidal mode, I used ^HSM 2 nn but the fault still occurs. I tried nn from 0 to 5. The motor is attached to the second channel. Is there anything else I can try?

Thank you
