Firmware problems in FBL2360T

Hi everyone,
I'm having some trouble with the firmware v2.01 and 2.1. First I uploaded v2.01 on my controller and it only functioned in open loop mode and only the command !S could let the motor run. Then I uploaded v2.1 and the motor stopped completely: I couldn't do the motor/sensor setup, it just run the code in the diagnosis but doesn't give any respond. I tried to do the right configurations and they all worked in the v2.01 firmware but somehow it's not working in the new version. Is there any solution for this problem?
