MGS1600 analogical signal above maximum level

Hello,

I'm having trouble with the analogical value of the magnetic field signal in an AGV aplication. It is supposed to be between 0-3 V but a few days ago, this signal changed to 21 V and now It is always showing this value. Can we do something to solve It or has the sensor failed and we need to change It for another sensor?
