Hello All,
I have the Following Issue, I replaced a HDC2460S with a new Controller. as soon as I download the backup to the device, i tried to move it having an Undervolt Fault.
it's here, where what i have been doing to fix it:

it's here, where what i have been doing to fix it:
- verify Vmot voltage ( 49VDC)
- i disconnect the encoder cable with no Luck.
- Lastly, I did updated the Firmware version from 1.8 to 2.1 with no luck either.
