Problem with logging encoder counts

Problem with logging encoder counts was created by Anonymous
Using Roborun software in the run menu I start logging but when I upload the file there is no encoder data. If I look at the encoder menu I can see encoder counts being displayed.

Unfortunately, the encoder count doesn't get logged. The speed does, if operating in speed closed loop mode.
