RoborunPlus PC Utility is not seeing the power side

I have a LDC1430C controller but the RoborunPlus PC Utility is not seeing the power side of the data.

What do I need to do to update the software to see the power side so I can select the closed loop options?

Pls send a screenshot of the config tab.

In the console, send ?trn and let us know what is the reply.

Make sure you have the latest revision of the pc utility installed.

Look at the date. You may have to manually unistall ealier version prior to installing the latest.
