any suggestion on alternative way of using joystick when using Teamviewer

Hi,
I managed to connect my PC to Roborun over internet via Teamviewer, but I cannot use the joystick function when using this method, so I was wondering if anyone here has tried Internet connection with your robot and still able to use joystick function?

Is the controller an AX family controller or one of the next gen controllers?

The controller can accept one motor command signal. Is the configuration set for RS232 or analog?

Is connected through RS232

In the configuration settings, try setting the controller input to analog.
