Hello,
I have the brushless DC Roboteq controller HBL1650. This controller is linked to a kart motor. The objective is to manage to control the kart from the PC Software Roborun+. However, a few days ago the Undervolt protection is activated in the Roborun+ screen and I do not know why (until then it worked normally and we manage to accelerate once from the computer) . I tried to recharge all the batteries, to reconnect all the cables, etc but I did not found the problem.
Could any one know why it happened or what could have caused that? and if so, does any know how to fix it?
Thank you!

This is what we see on the screen. The average value of the controller chart and the battery chart are 3.6 V and 52,2 V respectively.

Controler voltage below 12V usually indicates serious damage to the controller's output stage. Please contact directly This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
