After the firmware is no indication Status LED. I wanted to put the previous firmware, but after the message - waiting for device restart ..- an error occurs. Rebooting does not change anything.

Hello Igor,

Most probably the controller is stuck. In order to revive it, connect to PC via serial (use a USB to RS232 adapter). Then in Roborun, go to the Console tab. Click on Update via COM port. Select the COM port manually. Then immediately after the programming starts, turn on the controller.

Programming should work.

Hi, niko.
I connected the controler via USB or RS 232 to PC COM port. Start firmware also turned on the controler. Stats LED no indication.
I mean a LED on the controler case.
Power - On
Status - Off
USB - Off
If you mean to connect USB (controler) via COM port (PC) that I didn't do it yet. I need the adapter.
You don't think, what the controler failed during firmware ?

I suppose not during firmware. Maybe something happened during firmware update. Connect via com port and do the steps I mentioned in previous post.

All previous recommendations made.
The console has (been) active lines - Update Power Unit Logic - how it will affect the situation.

hello again,
I still wanted to clarity: after multiple attempts to update the firmware, reboot the controller, the situation has not changed - Satatus Led no indication. Could be damaged hardware, which I can not influence. And what to do in this case.

Igor,

we need to make sure that you followed the process correctly. Did you restart the controller at the reseting the controller part?

If still it does not work, let's see it together with teamviewer. Install teamviewer and send id and password in This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
