RoboBMS Configuration Utility issues with BMS configuration

I recently received a BMS1040A unit and wanted to configure it prior to introducing a battery bank. When opening the utility with the BMS connected via USB to my PC, I receive a notification titled Roborun Plus saying, "Control unit configuration file is missing /n Power unit configuration file is missing." Once I pressed okay I receive:

In the controller Log while the LED blinks red on the unit.
I have no option to configure the BMS and in the top right corner where the model should be present it says, "<missing>."
I made sure the  BMS1040.xml was present in C:\Program Files (x86)\Roboteq\RoboBMS\Trees. Any guidance to get this BMS configured would be great!

I did as you said but the only version available, in the files download section on this site, is the one I have. It does not contain a BMS1040A.xml in the trees location. The version I have is: v.1.3, October 15, 2018. Could you direct me to where this updated version resides? Thanks in advance.

George, I am also unable to configure my BMS1040 through Roborun.  I have downloaded the most recent version of Roborun.  Can you send me the files as well?
