Ampflow AF-160 can't control by Roborun+

Dear Sir,

We've just purchased a set of AF-160 Ampflow gearmotor with controller. As the Ampflow homepage mentioned that controller can be connected by software Roborun, then I downloaded it and connected thru RS232. Results are as attached screen capture. 

Our problem is that the software can connect to the Controller, however, there is no information shown on input/output. Even tried "load from controller" still got no results.
