RoboRun+ USB issue Windows 8.1

We are trying to connect two different RoboteQ controllers using the USB cable. I had no problem programming them at my house but now we are I the field with a different laptop. The laptop is older and is running Windows 8.1. We installed the latest version of RoboRun+ and changed the .net setting to add the older version option. The USB is trying to install drivers but something is not working correctly. The RoboRun+ software is not able to se the controls probably because of USB driver issues.

Any suggestions?
