<P style="MARGIN: 0px">Hi all I looked all thru the manual and didn't see any exclusions on mounting the controller vertically (on the edge). Can it be mounted as such?

I mount mine upside-down (2550). AFAIK, the 3500 is the only one with mounting recommendations to improve heat transfer off the the heatsink.

Mounting vertically is fine but for best results consider mounting such that both finned sides are vertical. This will allow warming air to rise while flowing through the fins.
