AX3500 Replacement?

I was doing some research and found that a lot of people have said that the AX3500 is discontinued and I wasn't able to find what board would be a direct replacement for this one. Is there one that would be a direct replacement for this and still fit all the functionality the AX3500 had?

If the requirements are small less than 20A max and 10A continuous with less than 60V, then an SDC2160 is fine, or in event of 30V or less, and SDC2130.

If your requirement for higher current is needed, then we'd recommend the MDC2460(60V) or an MDC2230(30v). Note that there is a difference also in the Amps between the 2 units. Also to note, there was a discrepancy found on the MDC2460 page. The max current is 60A; the max current of 120A applies to the single channel version. We will get this fixed.

I was going to have (4)12V DC motors - NPC-2212 to use with just average wheels but i was also thinking of maybe putting on treads but wasnt sure if the motor size would give me enough power for them.

I had to speak to someone regarding this motor. Looks like the peak current is 80A and continuous < 10A.

The MDC2460 is max current 60A and then 50A continuous per channel. Just 20A under the nominal. This is also your equivalent to the AX3500 specs.

I have a similar situation, but am hesitant to replace the AX3500 given how much I paid for it when it was still being sold..

If I am using the AX3500 along with two HDC2450s, is there anything I should be wary of or avoid like a specific defect that might cause it to fail in a particular way?

The HDC2450s and AX3500 won't be directly connected, I'm using a microcontroller to talk serial among all three.
