Hi,
Thanks for posting the 2nd version of your controller manual. I was able to understand further your implementation of STO through it. For our projects we are currently using SBL2360, and I realize that recently SBL2360 is now upgraded to SBL2360T with STO and hope to be able to use that feature for our product.
However, I have a question regarding correct wiring of the safety button using STO. As per my understanding, STO allows us to not have to use safety contactors to safely cutoff power to the motors.
This means the current safety button wiring as laid out in the manual (image attached) is no longer necessary (please correct me if I am wrong). If so, does this mean we can directly connect batteries to VMOT without the resistor and SW2(safety switch/contactor)? and that instead we use a safety button to connect to the STO pins?

Hi,
Did you get an answer to your question? Because I am facing the same problem. If you received an answer to your question, can you inform me as well? Thanks in advance.
